A healthier way to have jerky! We grind the meat so we can use real ingredients for flavor instead of powder flavorings and soy marinades. They are smoked in a smoker like jerky and have texture of jerky without the slivers getting stuck in teeth.

It’s salt! Basically due to our old-style drying process, minerals like Calcium and Salt are extracted from inside the stick to outside the casing. Not harmful in any way, and has no impact on the stick except for visuals.

They are made the same but the Jerky Stix are texture of jerky and Beef Stix are a little softer because made with a higher fat content beef.

We offer a 5 stick pack at the moment, and larger box orders are also possible through our wholesale program.
